I’ve been lucky to work with many amazing clients and arts groups over the past twenty years, as a founder, volunteer, producer, program manager, event producer, marketer, project manager and consultant. All this experience contributes to creating fundraising campaigns, (both traditional and crowdfunded), writing business plans, and analyzing operations and performance to give you the best return for your effort and resources. My work will help give you a big-picture perspective, and contribute toward decision-making for survival and growth.
My approach is grassroots, and based in building real word-of-mouth support and engagement, to continue to support your venture beyond launch for years to come. I also bring skills in talent search/hiring, and creating systems & content calendars, and innovative problem-solving of all kinds.
